The one RPG that seems to be getting the most attention (or at least my attention) is Paradox. A fairly significant change has been made to the name, as it is now called Drakkena: Unlimited.

That is not however the reason for this thread. The following is a list of the 8 playable races (some must be unlocked) in the upcoming RPG. Also, 'Sorcery' has been changed to 'Magiaa' to imply it's availability among races and to relate more closely to the Dreamscape (Drakkena version of the Astral Plane) and Garjiaa/Azuriaa.

• Rao - Similar to modern Humans, however they also possess accelerated healing and are able to learn new Magick faster than other races.
  
• Garjiaa - They are typically immune to physical attacks and use supernatural abilities to their advantage. Garjiaa are best described as hybrid Ghost-Demons.
  
• Lykova - Perhaps comparable to 'werewolves'. These immensely powerful creatures are a force to be reckoned with, even if their movement speed is usually sluggish.
  
• Ailuran - An advanced form of humanoid-feline. Night vision and insane reflexes make them lethal at night or in dark areas.
  
• Nyx - Referred to as 'shape-shifters' by many, these nocturnal beauties hunt in the dead of night with the aid of temporary invisibility.
  
• Entomorf - If a cockroach could talk, fly and deflect bullets with their exoskeleton, you would almost end up with an Entomorf.
  
• KAMIL - Highly advanced cybernetic humanoids. They refer to themselves as the 'perfect' race, yet they happen to have a major flaw...
  
• Azuriaa - Very little is known about this race except that they are said to be the spiritual opposites of the Garjiaa.
